Subscriptions bought on acenow.app are sold by our reseller and merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, which handles payment, VAT and invoices. Subscriptions in the iPhone app are sold through Apple's App Store.

Liability for content / Haftung für Inhalte

We prepare the content of these pages with care, but cannot guarantee that it is complete, correct or up to date. As a service provider we are responsible for our own content under the general laws (§ 7 Abs. 1 DDG). We are not obliged to monitor third-party information that is transmitted or stored, or to look for circumstances that indicate illegal activity (§§ 8–10 DDG). Obligations to remove or block information under the general laws remain unaffected; liability arises only from the moment we become aware of a specific infringement, and we will then remove the content promptly.

Study questions in the app are generated with AI from material that users upload. They are checked against that material automatically, but can still contain mistakes and are not a substitute for the source.

Linked pages were checked for possible legal violations when the link was set. If we become aware of a violation, we will remove the link promptly.
