How does the free trial work?
The weekly plan starts with 3 days free, once per account. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be charged; otherwise it renews at €12.99 per week. During the trial you can upload up to three files.
How do I cancel my Ace subscription?
Bought on the website: sign in at www.acenow.app, open Plan and cancel there. Bought in the iPhone app: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Ace and tap Cancel Subscription. Either way you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Can I get a refund?
For website purchases, email support@acenow.app. Purchases in the iPhone app are refunded by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Does a subscription work on both the website and the iPhone app?
Yes. Your plan belongs to your Ace account, so sign in with the same account and it works everywhere.
Which plan should I choose?
If you are cramming for one exam, start with the weekly trial. For a term-long module, monthly is simpler. If you study all year, yearly costs €118 less than twelve monthly payments.
